How to use the Team Picker
Build your squad with skill ratings
Add each player's name and give them a skill rating from 1 (beginner) to 5 (elite). Ratings take 10 seconds to assign and make a huge difference to team balance. Your squad saves automatically — add it once at the start of the season and it will be there every week. You can update ratings at any time.
Choose your method
Balanced mode distributes players so that each team has a similar total skill rating — the fairest option for competitive matches. Random mode ignores ratings and shuffles players completely. Snake draft assigns players one at a time, alternating between teams — useful when captains take turns picking.
Repick if needed
Click Repick to generate a different set of balanced teams from the same pool. The balanced method introduces a small random element so you get a different draw each time while still keeping teams roughly equal in strength. Print the teams to pin in the dressing room or share with players.
