Meeting Time Finder
Find the best meeting time across multiple time zones. Working hours highlighted. Free.
How to use
Reading the grid
Each row is a city's local hour. Green cells are inside working hours, light cells are outside. Find a column where most cities are green — that's the best meeting slot. Hours roll over midnight (e.g. 23 → 0 the next day) and the date in each cell shows the local date.
Daylight saving
The browser's Intl.DateTimeFormat handles DST automatically using the IANA time-zone database. So if you pick a date in winter vs summer, the offsets change correctly — no manual adjustment needed.
Frequently asked questions
How does the Meeting Time Finder work?
Add the time zones of the people attending and the tool highlights the hours that fall inside normal working hours for everyone.
What if there is no overlap?
When time zones are far apart there may be no shared working hours. Consider rotating meeting times so the inconvenience is shared, or use asynchronous updates.
Does it adjust for daylight saving time?
Time zone data follows the rules of each region, including daylight saving changes, but double-check when a meeting is near a clock change.
