Three odds formats

Implied probability
Every odds format implies a probability. Decimal odds of 2.0 imply a 50% probability. Bookmakers add a margin (the "overround"), so the implied probabilities of all outcomes typically sum to more than 100%. The difference is the bookmaker's edge.
